CSRiseCSRise

Corporate Impact Operating System · static screens

From mandate to evidence to payment, one governed record.

Companies govern CSR spending from authorisation to reporting and prove what happened with evidence. Money does not move through CSRise: companies pay implementing partners directly, and CSRise approves, tracks, reconciles and audits it. Dashed cards are planned screens that do not exist yet.

02 · Corporate workspace

Corporate workspace · 20 modules

Six sections: Govern, Execute, Evidence & Monitor, Capital & Finance, Report & Assure, Administration. Roles: Account Owner/Admin, Program Owner, Reviewer, Approver, Finance Officer, Executive/Board Viewer.

Scope & limits

What these screens are.

Design surfaces, not a working application. They are meant to be reviewed before anything is wired to a backend. The rules below must be enforced on the backend, not only shown in the interface.

Separation of duties

Milestone approval, payment authorisation, payment recording and reconciliation are done by four different people on each payment. Evidence approval never triggers payment.

Aggregate Verified Metrics

Amounts, names and outcomes are invented. They are not customer results. Impact is shown as Not Assessed or Insufficient Verified Data until evidence is approved.

Invitation only

No public partner registration. Corporates approve and invite their implementing partners, who see only their assigned projects.
